How to use ACV with mother: Shake well before use. Mix a tablespoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar IN 250 ml of water and take it after meals. Do not take it undiluted. ACV mother for skin care: Dilute one tablespoon of ACV in one glass of water and use as a skin exfoliant once a week to restore the natural pH level of the skin and as a hair rinse to remove product build-up from hair. Need not be refrigerated. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
